Having grown up locally in the Southern California beach town of Surfside Colony, with a mother who was a broker for 25+ years, Kirsten has real estate in her blood. Kirsten is in charge of managing the timeline and all procedures related to the listing, showing, offer and escrow phases of each transaction for the I Never Quit Team at Pritchett-Rapf Realtors Topanga Office. Living and working in Topanga since 1993, Kirsten raised her three boys here and has always explored Topanga and Malibu properties as a way to stay connected to the community and fuel her creative energy for home decorating, design, architecture and the natural beauty for which home sites in this area are known. William Preston Bowling has been working in Malibu and Topanga real estate for the past decade while recently taking time out of his busy schedule to serve his colleagues as the 2009 President of the Malibu Association of REALTORS®. A longtime Director of the California Association of REALTORS® Bowling has been appointed to serve C.A.R. as Chair of Region 17, covering the membership areas from Beverly Hills to Malibu. Active in environmental affairs, Bowling is a founding member of the Malibu REALTORS® Charitable Fund and founded ACME (Aerospace Contamination Museum of Education) that went on to receive the 2009 City of Calabasas Environmental Excellence Award, all the while making time for his two daughters, ages 11 and 14.
Gary was born in a small town in Michigan and has been a resident of Topanga, California since 1976. He served in the U.S. Army (USASA/NSA) from 1962 to 1968. He graduated from CSULB (B.F.A. Sculpture, Magna Cum Laude) in 1974 and obtained a Master’s degree in Art (Sculpture) in 1976. Gary has specialized in homes and land real estate in Topanga and Eastern Malibu for 31 years. He was the manager of the Malibu Realty office in Topanga for 20+ years. An avid mountain trails hiker, Gary served five years on the Board of Directors of the Santa Monica Mountains Trails Council and worked to improve and expand the local mountain trails system. He has served as President of the Topanga Brokers Co-op nineteen years in a row.
Christine enjoys a successful career in real estate after spending twenty-eight years in national sales and marketing. Her marketing expertise gives her an edge in today’s competitive real estate market. “I specialize in pricing. When listing a home, I focus on the positive features of the property and market those features through specialized mailing and advertising. It’s been a very successful strategy for my clients.”
Christine is a graduate of Carnegie-Mellon University and did her graduate work at UCLA. She is a nature lover, the mother of two sons and is also a familiar face on many national television commercials.
For the twenty years Chryssa has lived in Topanga, seventeen of those years have been spent in real estate. Since 1996, Chryssa has been the top individual salesperson in the area, and she’s well known for her energy and enthusiasm.
Chryssa is active in the community as a member of the Topanga Community Club, the Topanga Chamber of Commerce and is the former President of CHIC and the coordinator of the Topanga Elementary Halloween Carnival. “I’m committed to giving back to the community that supports me. And Topanga has been more than a support…it’s my life.”
Chryssa is married to retired firefighter, Curtis Caddell, and has two sons, Loren and Devon.
