Matt, manager of Pritchett-Rapf Realtors Colony and Topanga offices, and training manager for the company, specializes in residential sales and leasing in Malibu, Pacific Palisades and Santa Monica. He is also active in the Westlake Village and surrounding areas. Matt has been a Realtor with Pritchett-Rapf Realtors since 2000. Matt stays active within the Realtor community as he was on the Board of Directors for The MLS in 2012 and was the 2013 President of the Malibu Association of Realtors (“MAR”). He was recently awarded MAR’s “Realtor of the Year” in 2013. His overall good attitude in life, along with strong ethical values and business sense, provide him a wonderful reputation amongst fellow Realtors and new and repeat clients. Matt was born and raised on Point Dume in Malibu. He attended Berkeley Hall School on Mulholland Drive for lower and middle school, Viewpoint High School in Calabasas and received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2000. In Santa Barbara and Montecito, he was an office administrator for a Coldwell Banker in Montecito as well as a personal assistant for an agent in Santa Barbara. Matt is married to Alicia Canfield Ogden and they had a baby girl, Autumn, in November 2012. His parents, David and Patti Ogden, are retired and currently live in Big Fork, Montana. His father, David, recently retired from a 30+ year private practice as a criminal defense attorney in West Los Angeles. The book “The Lincoln Lawyer” written by Michael Connelly was inspired on the career and multitude of story’s from David’s career. His mother, Patti, was a librarian at Berkeley Hall School for many years. His parents instilled in him a strong set of ethics and values, which are exemplified in his real estate career.
