Jack Pritchett spent a majority of his career managing multiple agent offices, and handled numerous complex sales of both homes and land in Malibu. Jack has accumulated a working knowledge unparalleled in the industry and a reputation of integrity and great respect. Historically he is a long time resident and native, and his longevity, and principles have not gone unrecognized. Many awards and accolades over the course of his career in Real Estate, including State Director of the Malibu Association of Realtors®.
Jim Rapf is the other half of this dynamic force at Pritchett–Rapf. He and longtime partner and friend Jack Pritchett both grew up here in Malibu and count most of the community as long time friends. Jim believes in hard work, critical thinking, and good values when approaching any real estate transaction, his authenticity is a bonus and a comfort to his clients. Jim has earned a reputation of great respect from the Malibu community, and served on the board of directors for Malibu Association of Realtors®. Prior to partnering with Jack he ran his own company for almost 20 years and takes pride in the fact that Pritchett Rapf is independently owned and operated.
